Don't Touch My Apple

I used to play a game with Arthur in my mom's backyard: I'd pick a tiny lemon off one of the trees and kick it around like a soccer ball. He'd chase it, grab it in his mouth and run maybe a foot or two before spitting it out. Sour. But then I'd kick it again, he'd chase it again, spit it out again, and so on. It was great fun.

I picked a little apple and brought it home thinking we could play a few rounds of apple soccer, but of course, the game doesn't work with an apple. It's much too tasty.

Ah, lemon soccer (tm). What about the time he ate an entire avocado, skin and all? We happened to stop by the Hodgins' yard so our dogs could play when intestinal disaster struck.
