Lovely Leo Carillo - the only beach in the Venice/Malibu/Santa Monica area that officially allows dogs. This was Arthur's first trip there - or to any beach as far as we know - and I believe he found it very stimulating. It was a bit of a love/hate situation: love the sand, hate the water. He'd run right up, then run right back. Didn't seem to mind the grains between his toes, but the ocean was like a big cold bath with lots of splashing.
