Arthur has quite the ruff around his doggie neck. Although it's nowhere near the fur shawls of his Rough Collie ancestors, it can get pretty poufy, and when it gets fluffed up over his collar, he looks like Queen Elizabeth.
Seeing how his ears are pulled back in this picture, I think his majesty is very displeased with me.
