Dogs Without Room
I was looking at the dog beds on DWR this morning and noticing how uncomfortable they look. I mean, I'm all for streamlined modernism and Eames-y bent plywood, but those beds are ridiculous. I guess if you have a teacup poodle or some such breed that could be placed in a perfect circle right in the middle, they might be okay, but I honestly doubt that any dog larger than that could get cozy resting their chins on 10mm of Lucite.
Perhaps the lesson here is that it isn't very design-y to have a dog larger than a teacup. Or maybe a very small labradoodle.
I guess Arthur's just more of an L.L.Bean kind of guy.
