Table Setting

Arthur's eating area has gone through a lot of incarnations since he was adopted, but the current setup seems to work pretty well. It consists of: stain resistant nylon area rug and plastic cafeteria tray from Crate and Barrel, generic metal food dish, outer water bowl salvaged from a table centerpiece from my sister and brother-in-law's wedding, and inner water bowl from IKEA. The double water bowl configuation seems to work especially well since Arthur creates a small tsunami when he drinks and splashes water everywhere.

Perhaps when he's old and crotchety, we'll buy him one of those raised food and water stands so he won't have to bend down, but for now, everything's A-OK.
