Today's Rescue

I went searching around the L.A. County Animal Care and Control website and found listings for 26 other shelters (separate from their own 6) in Southern California. And that's not including privately owned organizations. Man. Where do all these dogs come from? Or, I should say, who are the owners who are letting this happen? Sometimes people really suck.
