Arthur has a really tiny forehead, and sometimes when it's tilted back and his ears are lying flat, it looks kind of dome-like. Then we call him Little Baldy. This picture isn't a particularly good representation of that, but with his white whiskers, he still kind of looks like a little old man. He just needs some wire-rim spectacles.
