Once again, I have no Halloween outfit for Arthur (that's not him in the picture). I would've made him into a ghost, which is one of my all-time favorite dog costumes, but it seemed a waste to cut up a sheet for a couple minutes of hilarity (which is about how long he would tolerate something on his head).
And he would never tolerate this:
What a shame. He would look so pretty in some stilettos.
