When I think about how small and skinny Arthur was when he was adopted, and how giant he is now, I imagine that he is like a Japanese koi or maybe a turtle: kept confined to a small space, he stayed small; but given room to grow, he reached much larger, unexpected proportions. As soon as he got out of a crate, he started expanding. I think you might say he has realized his growth potential.
