Yesterday's Arthur - Mar 02

I just found these old Polaroids of Arthur that were taken when he a mere pup. What a skinny little boy he was! The ball he's posing with in the above photo was the first toy my mom ever gave him, and we called it Puffy. It was like a gigantic lint ball. He would stick his muzzle into its center trying to get at the squeaker, and his whole face would disappear.

I kept washing and restuffing it, trying to prolong its life, but we finally had to throw the ball away. It was a sad day.
