We had Christmas dinner at Marti the Chihuahua's house (see June 11 post), where Arthur continues to be cowed by his cousin's formidable power (and tiny toys). At one point, the two of them did a fine imitation of Mary and the Baby Jesus, and Arthur got a look at his first English Christmas pudding (still in the tin), but ultimately, the whole occasion just really tired him out.
Sorry, boy. Next year we won't make you spend your holiday on leash.
