Yoga For Dummies

When Arthur was younger, he used to do this stretching thing that I called the ironing board - he'd walk his front half off the sofa, then lengthen his back legs and push his neck out into a plank-like position. I found it very hi-larious.

My sister tells me he still does it occasionally, but whenever I'm around he can only muster up a halfhearted version where he keeps his back legs tucked under him, which isn't like an ironing board at all. Sometimes he'll kind of hang out in this position for awhile rather contemplatively before crawling all the way off.

He was leaner and meaner in his youth.
