Chomp

Arthur's new friend Izzie is a bit of a chewer. Actually, she's more like a decimater. Since Arthur doesn't rip apart his toys, and the dog I grew up with - a smallish shih tzu - didn't do more than slobber all over his plushes (which sounds a bit perverse), I really haven't experienced doggie destruction. It's quite a thing to behold.

On Easter, as I mentioned yesterday, Izzie make quick work of this trout:


And her most recent project was this rabbit, which amazingly, lasted more than 5 minutes and is still more or less in one piece (but faceless, gutless and tail-less). Fantastic!


To Izzie's credit, she only chews her toys - not the sofa or shoes or anything like that. She might be The Decimater, but she's also a lady.
