Poop bag dispensers in San Diego's Little Italy district. Notice how they don't actually say "poop" anywhere on them, but refer to "litter" as if your dog is a real slob who needs a bag to collect his gum wrappers and such.
It's a nice idea, but I suspect the bags aren't biodegradable.
