Chris' dad just sent me a story from Colorado's Channel 9 News about an English bulldog in Denver that was recently hit by a fire truck en route to a building fire.
I don't have much experience with bulldogs, but perhaps it will come as no surprise to bulldog owners that Mr. Tank (as he's called) not only survived, but suffered only a bruised lung and some asphalt burn, while the fire truck lost its power steering. Damn.
That's one hardy breed.
