I read about Hal on the Mutt Scouts' Nikki Audet's blog - he's a 7-year-old akita mix on death row at North Central, and she loves him. And what's not to love? Just look at that face.
Hal is in big trouble; he barely escaped euthanization yesterday, perhaps because he's being networked around, but his lifeline is tenuous at best.
