I really love how some people are committed to Christmas - I admire their dedication, much as I admire over-the-top, head-to-toe Halloween costumes. And since Christmas has zero religious connotations for me, and I've stopped getting upset over the absurdity of mindless consumer culture, I now enjoy the holiday judgment-free and with great joy.
Last night, it was winter and lights in Los Angeles.
