Today's Rescue - Charity
That face, those ears, the muzzle! This girl is killing me. Her name is Charity, and she is a staff favorite at the North Central shelter – a beautiful 2-year-old American staffordshire terrier who really, really needs a home.
Charity got to go to the last Best Friends adoption event, but sadly, didn't get adopted. She was then taken back to the shelter where she has been since January. JANUARY! How can this be?
It's ironic that it's often really great dogs that you see at the shelter month after month, the ones overlooked by the public, but acknowledged by shelter staff as special dogs and granted stays of execution. Otherwise, do you think the system would spare them? No, no, no.
Give Charity a chance! Adopt her today.
