This little guy was found near USC on Tuesday and brought to the Animal Surgical and Emergency Center (ASEC) on Sepulveda – his genitals had been mutilated and need to be removed ASAP. This is no joke.
Stacy Bodell of Much Love Animal Rescue is coordinating efforts to raise money for the necessary surgery as Much Love cannot cover the full cost, which will be between $4,000 and $5,000. She reports that despite his trauma, Teddy, as he is now called, is the sweetest boy and very affectionate. He needs this surgery and Much Love needs help paying for it.
