Fun With Photo Booth

I just got one of those spiffy new superfast Macs, which I love but which also comes with a lot of special features that, frankly, I don't know what to do with. I guess when you're paying a bazillion dollars for a computer, you want a few frivolous extras. Like Escalade owners wanting a 4-cup beverage holder mounted on the armrest of their car seat Barcalounger. Or so I surmise. Anyway, I discovered Photo Booth in my Applications folder, which is supposed to be like one of those portable setups you see at carnivals and arcades that takes a series of snappy Polaroid-like pictures and then prints them in a strip. Mac's Photo Booth doesn't print in a strip, and obviously doesn't come with a booth, so it's not nearly the same experience, but if you're easily amused and have a lot of time on your hands (like myself), it can be great fun.

Here are a few I took of Arthur, which were a little tricky since I had to hold the computer up to his face to take them.

*note: This post should in no way suggest that I consider Macs to be the Escalades of the computer world.
