Sometimes, on really sunny days, Arthur goes outside and lays down on the hot asphalt by the side gate. I don't really understand that. While I'm inside trying to stay cool, he's out there soaking up the heat in that fur coat. Strange. Anyway, on this particular hot day, he was having a nice afternoon nap but with his neck extended straight out and this funny grin on his face. He kind of looked like a moray eel. I think it was heat-induced delirium. But like a moray, he stayed out there a long time, laying in wait for something (or someone) to swim by.
All he needs are sharp little razor teeth sticking out of that furry muzzle.
