If I were more handy with Photoshop, I could have fixed this photo to look like a Max Factor old-Hollywood moment. Arthur already has that dreamy far-away look in his eyes that would go well with a filmy chiffon dress, a divan and a cigarette holder.

Perhaps he's channeling Joan Crawford.
