You may or may not remember the CA bill that I mentioned on May 6 that would prohibit tethering a dog to a stationary object for more than 3 hours in a 24-hour period. (It has since passed through the Assembly and the Senate and is now on the Governor's desk). And you may or may not want to support it with some easy-as-pie, internet-enabled activism.
