I took Arthur for a walk yesterday afternoon in his stripey Old Navy raincoat that my sister bought him a few years ago. It's actually not a true raincoat because the nylon waterproof fabric is on the inside next to his fur and the fleece is on the outside where it can soak up all the rain. Brilliant. Perhaps it was meant to be reversible, but someone put the velcro straps on wrong. Anyway, it didn't really matter because it didn't actually rain.
The funny part is, the waterproof side rubs against his fur when he walks and makes a crinkly nylon sound, like he's wearing a diaper.
Doesn't seem to bother him at all.
