What is sadder than a sad dog? I found this girl's picture on the Ashley and Hobie boards and just can't bear that look on her face. It's a face you see at the shelters a lot, unfortunately. I believe she was caught on the 101 Freeway by a woman whose landlord doesn't allow dogs, and so now she's at North Central looking very, very sad. They've named her Sheila.
Can anyone take this beautiful girl?
