Dear Arthur -
I know you've never been out of the country, but I believe the Cornish coast would suit you just fine. The beach at Polzeath, where we are staying, extends out very far when the tide is out, and you can run around without having to deal with many waves. I know you hate waves. Also, there are garbage bins just for your poop.
The English are so considerate.
Have you been down the slide at doggie daycare yet?
